How to measure temperatures:
It is recommended you lie down for a few minutes before taking your temperature.
Caution: The oral method is not recommended for babies and very young children .
Oral Use : 1 minute
Place the probe under the tongue .Keep the mouth closed . A normal temperature by this method is 37oC.
Underarm(Armpit): 1 minute
Make sure the armpit is dry .Place the probe under the arm and keep the arm pressed firmly against the body . A normal temperature by this method is 36.7oC .
